COHOES Rita Martin Feldman, 78, of McDonald Drive died Saturday in St. Peter's Hospice in Albany.

She was born in Waterford. She lived in Cohoes and Latham most of her life.

Mrs. Feldman was an office manager for the Sherman Furniture Rental Co. of Latham for many years before retiring. She previously worked in the same capacity at the Modern Kitchen Co., Latham.

Mrs. Feldman was a communicant of St. Marie's Church, Cohoes.

She was the widow of Irving C. Feldman and Earl W. Martin.
